Cancelation of Parachute Municipal Election April 2, 2024

3 Seats up for Election

Pursuant to C.R.S. 31-10-507, at the close of business on the sixty-fourth day before the election, there are not more candidates than offices to be filled at such election,  including candidates filing affidavits of intent, the clerk, if instructed by resolution of the governing body either before or after such date, shall cancel the election and by resolution declare the candidates elected.

Resolution No. 2024-10 of the Parachute Town Council was approved on February 15, 2024, authorizing and directing the Town Clerk to cancel the Regular Municipal Election scheduled for April 2, 2024.

Pursuant to Parachute Municipal Code 3 .10 and Resolution 2024-10, the following candidates are declared to be elected to the Parachute Town Council:
