Let's get to know Cory:
Cory was born in Butte, Montana. He moved to Colorado in 1989 and graduated from John Mall High, in Walsenburg, in 1991. Cory has "been married for 80 years...I mean 23". He is a family guy with four children, two girls and two boys. The oldest is 30 and the youngest is 23. He also shared, "I have seven glorious grandchildren ( better than having children) oldest is eight and youngest is two." For the past 25 years, Cory has lived in Parachute and Rifle but mostly Parachute he states. "I am a registered American Indian from the turtle mountain band of Chippewa Indian tribe."
Cory is definitely qualified for the job as he brings a wide range of experience to the town, including previous law enforcement, oil field experience and working for county and state entities, most recently CDOT.
Cory is "very excited to be here and work with all these great people and service the needs of this great town."
